He clearly explained my installation options and took the time to walk me through the different choices so I could make the right decision. It’s obvious he genuinely cares about helping his customers and making sure they’re comfortable with the process.

Old unit 30 plus years had done its job, replaced the evac unit with LCQ 450 Breamer unit and it is fantastic. Quite, cool and the boys that removed and replaced the units were fantastic. Started at 7am and finished buy 10.30. Everything cleaned up old unit taken away and we are very happy.
Thanks to Daribin trade services for doing a urgent job as our old unit had died.

Darebin Trade Services were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. The receptionist who took my call was friendly, helpful, and even provided pricing upfront before booking the appointment. She also managed to fit me in at the last minute, which I really appreciated. Dave, the gas technician who attended, clearly explained what was going on with our hot water service and provided a straightforward quote before starting any work. He completed the job efficiently, was friendly throughout, and did an excellent job overall. Highly recommended!

Had my central heating gas system replaced by Darabin Trade Services. Nick gave a clear quote right away, and the installers arrived on time, communicated well, and did a nice job. When I asked for a few tweaks, they sorted it without fuss. I had a question later and Dom, the technician, knew his stuff, answered everything, and even made some smart improvements. The rebate process was smooth too.

Seamless process from quotation to installation. I was most impressed with Steven's installation of my Heat Pump Hot Water System. He was very experience, skillful, professional and friendly. The outcome was much better than I expected. A photo speaks a thousand words. Darebin Trade Services are highly recommended.

I had a heat pump hot water system installed. They came out and actually quoted, after looking at the job which a couple of other companies wouldn't do because I needed the hot water move to a new location. They came, and completed the work without any issues. Something that I thought was going to be complicated. It was quick and easy.

The installation went well, from the unit, plumbing, and electrical stuff. Although the job was scheduled at 8AM, then moved to 9AM due to company meeting. But the guys actually arrived 10:42AM. The installation took +5hours to complete. The Reclaim Heat Pump is very quiet, it is barely making a sound. As it is just a couple of days since installation, it's too soon to give the heat pump a complete review. But I recommend Darebin Trade Service.

Nick gave us advice and a detailed quote on the specific devices I asked for. They arrived on time and kept me in the loop as they were working to make sure the heat pump and aircons were where we wanted them and would look tidy. All the tradies were polite and helpful.

We’ve always used Darebin Gas as they’re 100% trustworthy and have lovely people on reception when you call and speak to a real person, not be left on hold as others seem to do! Their tradesman - in this case Cooper was excellent arriving on time within the timeframe given and replaced our old hot water service with a new one which we are very happy with!! A lovely young man indeed!!

Worth a review!!! Could not recommend these guys more. We were having issues with our evaporative cooling needing a service in the peak of summer with a young baby at home. Being none the wiser we called out someone from Mr Emergency (incredibly silly idea) who didn’t even get on the roof to inspect the unit and quoted us $15k for a full replacement, giving us the hard sell on the spot and trying to say that if we don’t replace we’re essentially poisoning ourselves everytime we use the unit? I’m sorry what?? THANKFULLY we found Darebin who were able to come much quicker than expected, two guys on the roof within minutes of turning up. So thorough, didn’t muck around, quickly diagnosed that we needed a single part replaced and charged us $795 for call out, parts and labour!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFICIENT WORK, you have saved us from being scammed! We will be returning customers for sure.

I've requested a service call about Braemar heater warranty. The service engineer came the next day, 20 minutes of work and voila, everything works, under warranty. Very professional, fast, nice and polite. I suppose, this is how service industry should look like 🙂

Easy to deal with, good communication. Got the cooler fixed pretty quickly and similarly the service of the heater. Only thing I would have liked, was for the attendant to take off his shoes when inside my home. I have a crawling toddler so very conscious of keeping my floors clean.

Really excellent service. I use them for all my evaporative cooling servicing and warranty repairs (I'm still under the 7 year warranty). Initially had an appointment for next week, but they called me back and managed to fit me in to a next day service. The serviceman was also really professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

After Contacting Darebin gas for a heater issue via email, I received a very prompt and professional response via phone first thing Monday morning. They were able to help with a quick appointment time and explanation of fees etc.
The technician was able to give all the necessary information to assist with our problem, and although we chose not to have them repair it on the day( we chose to reach to manufacturer as a good will warranty repair ) Nick was very helpful to the situation.
